Kendra Fletcher has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as Recreation Specialist and Career Preparations Instructor at Del-Jen, Inc., where they provided recreational activities, coached softball, and taught career readiness skills to students. Kendra also worked as a Student Leadership Coordinator at Del-Jen, Inc., facilitating various campus-wide activities and fostering positive student leadership. Kendra currently holds the position of Vice President of Deposit Services at Susser Bank, where they oversee deposit services within the organization.

Kendra Fletcher completed their Bachelor of Behavioral Sciences degree in Sports, Fitness, and Leisure from Hardin-Simmons University from 2005 to 2010.
