Ravi Arasan has worked in the corporate sector since 1999. Ravi began their career at American Express, where they held the positions of Sr. Manager - Global Rewards Capabilities and Analytics, Consultant - Global Data Capabilities and BI Solutions, Director - Business Intelligence Capabilities, and VP, Head of Global Big Data Development, VP, R&D Capabilities, Prospect Marketing & Digital Capabilities, and Strategic Enterprise Capabilities. In 2016, Ravi Arasan founded BDIPlus, and in 2017, they became Co-Founder of Afficiency.

Ravi Arasan holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from the Government College of Technology in Coimbatore.
