Youmna Zaghloul began their career in 2016 as a Trainee at Al Mazroui Medical Group. In 2017, they joined Affectiva as a Principal Data Annotation Specialist and was later promoted to Team Lead.

Youmna Zaghloul earned a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Sharjah between 2011 and 2016.
