Gabrielle Hughes is a seasoned professional in fraud operations, currently serving as Fraud Operations Manager at AFFCU since November 2022, after previously holding the role of Fraud Prevention Specialist. With experience as a Claims Analyst at Bank of America from July 2021 to November 2022, Gabrielle conducted thorough investigations and analyses of transactional information to identify risks and suspicious activities. Prior to that, Gabrielle worked at Wells Fargo as a Fraud and Claims Specialist, where detailed reports were prepared on suspicious transactions and exemplary customer service was provided.
