Thomas Depardieu has extensive experience in social and medico-social services, currently serving as the Directeur de Territoire Hainaut Cambrésis at AFEJI since August 2003. In this role, Thomas oversees a network of 34 establishments and services, collaborating with 15 directors and managing a team of 500 professionals focused on child protection, disability, social integration, and employment support. Previous positions include directing various social and emergency housing establishments, as well as involvement in significant projects such as an ERASMUS+ initiative for the professional integration of disabled workers in Europe. Thomas has held key roles in associative mandates, including President of the health commission for the Federation des Acteurs de la Solidarité Hauts de France, and has foundational education in public law, social development strategies, and professional coaching.
