Gregory Touhill serves as the Director of the CERT Division at the Software Engineering Institute, focusing on national cybersecurity challenges. An experienced leader, Touhill has been a member of the Board of Directors of ISACA and held various advisory roles in organizations such as AppGate, Splunk, Symantec, and Intel Corporation. Current engagements include participation in the AFCEA Cyber Committee and teaching cybersecurity courses at Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College. Touhill's educational background includes degrees from institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School and the University of Southern California, alongside a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
