Holly Geoghegan has over 19 years of work experience in various roles in the healthcare industry. Holly started their career as an Orthopedic shadow at Willamette Valley Medical hospital and later worked as a Liver & Pancreas transplant department assistant at OHSU | Oregon Health & Science University. Holly then joined Serena Software as a Contracts administrative assistant, where they were responsible for configuring contracts and organizing company paperwork. After that, they worked briefly as an Office assistant at Kramer Orthopedics, where they assisted orthopedic surgeons and managed office functionality. Holly then served as a PT Aide at Cal Rehab & Sports Therapy, providing patient care and assisting physical therapists. Holly later became the Clinic Manager at California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy, managing multiple facets of the office and leading a team of employees. Holly then worked as a Regulatory Department Liaison at Providence Health & Services, where they served as a department contact for billing and coding inquiries. Holly subsequently joined McDonald Orthodontics as an Office Manager, streamlining HR strategies and procedures. Holly then worked at AFC Urgent Care Portland as an Operations Manager, implementing quality assurance measures and overseeing day-to-day operations. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Operations at AFC Urgent Care Portland.

Holly Geoghegan completed their education in the field of Physical Sciences. Holly obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Oregon State University, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued further education at Portland State University, where they obtained a second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physical Sciences, completing their studies in 2005.
