Rachel Piacentini PHR has been in the Human Resources field since 1997. Rachel started as Human Resources at Manufacturers Products Company in 1997. In 2004, Rachel became an Office Manager at Concentra Health Services. From 2005 to 2010, Rachel was a Human Resources Manager at U.S. Manufacturing, Columbus McKinnon, P3 North America - P3-Group, and SikaAxson - Axson Technologies. Since 2018, Rachel has been a Human Resources Manager at AFC-Holcroft.

Rachel Piacentini obtained their Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development & Labor Relations from Oakland University in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Berkley High School. In 2006, Rachel obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
