Allen Elmgren began their career in 1983 with Holcroft as an Aftermarket Sales representative. In 1985, they moved to Schaffer & Sons where they worked as a Purchasing & Sales representative. In 1988, they joined AFC-Holcroft as a Global Supply Chain Manager. Allen was then promoted to Mgr. Material Controls & Purchasing, where they were responsible for leadership of AFC-Holcroft's Material Group Team in all aspects of Purchasing, Material Control and Logistics. Allen was also a member of the Safety Committee and Quality Steering Committee. Allen was later promoted to Mgr. Mat'l Controls & Purchasing.

Allen Elmgren attended Franklin High School Livonia Michigan from 1976 to 1979. Allen then attended Schoolcraft College from 1980 to 1983.
