Ingjerd Birkelund is an experienced HR adviser currently working at AF Gruppen since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ingjerd served as a partner at Considium Consulting Group AS from August 2021 to June 2023, and held senior consultant and executive advisor positions at Birn+Partners from May 2020 to June 2023. With a strong background in executive search and consulting, Ingjerd previously directed recruitment for top managers and specialists at Experis Norway and led the finance division at Manpower Professional. Ingjerd has also held leadership roles at DNB Liv and Vital Forsikring ASA, focusing on sales to corporate clients, and has experience in credit insurance and credit management from positions at Atradius and Elkem. Ingjerd holds a degree in finance, marketing, and organization, alongside a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
