Winda Simorangkir began their work experience in 2016 as a Marketing Intern at the Indonesian Trade Promotion Center Hamburg. Winda then worked as an International Sales Intern at roha arzneimittel GmbH from November 2018 to July 2019. In 2019, they joined KellyDeli as a Finance Assistant and worked until December 2021. Currently, they are working at AEVI as a Junior Accountant from December 2021.

Winda Simorangkir holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in European Public and Private Management from the International Graduate Center - Hochschule Bremen (IGC), which they completed between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Economic in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Winda has also obtained several certifications, including "Financial Analysis: Making Business Projections" from LinkedIn in August 2020, "Finance for Non-Financial Managers" from LinkedIn in June 2020, and "Data-Driven Presentations with Excel and PowerPoint 2016" from LinkedIn in May 2019.
