Deborah Eininger serves as the Senior Vice President at AETHOS Consulting Group since September 2021, following a long-standing collaboration with the organization through Seak International, a human resources consulting firm founded by Eininger in 1996. Eininger has extensive experience in human resources management, having previously held the position of Director of Organization Development at Reckitt Benkiser/L&F Products, where Eininger led global initiatives to enhance organizational learning. Prior experience also includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Midland Bank & Trust Company, focusing on HR policy development and strategic talent management. Eininger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ithaca College and a Master’s in Personnel and Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
