Akhnour Sandhi has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. In 2017, they worked as a Supervisor at DIAS PRO, where they managed a team and maintained project quality. In 2018, they joined Circuitwise Electronics Manufacturing as an Engineer, where they tested electronics circuits, programmed and assembled devices, and operated manufacturing machines. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Mechatronics Engineer at Austeck, testing automation machinery, troubleshooting equipment problems, and servicing inspection robots in Australia and New Zealand. Currently, they are working at Aethon Aerial Solutions as a Field Services Engineer, where they assemble, integrates, and tests electromechanical systems, tunes and tests optical devices, and operates proprietary software for debugging.

Akhnour Sandhi began their education in 2014 at the Sydney Institute of Business and Technology (SIBT), where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Akhnour completed this program in 2015. Following this, they enrolled in Macquarie University in 2015 and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Akhnour successfully completed this program in 2018.
