Mirudhula Mukundan is a Machine Learning Engineer at Aether Biomachines, Inc. since July 2023, specializing in the development of advanced machine learning models for task-specific enzymes and the maintenance of an MLOps pipeline. Previously, Mirudhula worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing on macaque ECoG data analysis and neural firing rates. Experience also includes a research role at the Indian Institute of Science, where Mirudhula designed cognitive load behavior tasks and conducted behavioral analysis. Additional expertise includes developing human behavioral experiments during COVID-19 and creating a spelling corrector for a ChatBot platform during an internship at CGI. Mirudhula holds a Master of Science in Computational Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and dual Bachelor of Technology degrees in Biotechnology and Computer Science from PES University.
