Rogerio Pontual has been working in the software development field since 2004. Rogerio began their career as a System Engineer at CESAR in 2004. In 2007, they moved to CSI as a Technical Leader. In 2010, they joined TQTVD Software as a Software Architect. In 2018, they worked as a Software Architect at MitraMQ. In 2019, they became a Technical Lead at Quantum Leap, where they designed and implemented IoT solutions and Elixir backends, designed and operated scalable architectures with IaaS and FaaS, provisioned IoT devices, setup API and website security and CDN, implemented backoffices and APIs with Elixir and Phoenix, and coordinated front and backend teams. In 2021, they started working as a Blockchain Developer at æternity blockchain and an Elixir Consultant at Erlang Solutions.

Rogerio Pontual has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Pernambuco. Rogerio also has three certifications: Object-Oriented Analysis and Design with UML from IBM Certified in 2007, AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020.
