Marco Biava is an experienced executive currently serving as CEO of Aesys since October 2020, after previously holding various positions within the company from 2009 to 2013, including International Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager. Prior to Aesys, Marco Biava worked as Production and Logistics Director and Project Manager at Deutz-Fahr Machinery Co. Ltd. from 2014 to 2017. Additional experience includes roles as an MBA Consultant at Bosch China and Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd. in 2014, as well as serving as a China MBA Blogger for the Financial Times from 2013 to 2014.
