Fernando Siscar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and contract development within the industrial sector. Currently serving as General Manager Southern Europe and Global Contracts Manager at AESSEAL since April 2018, Fernando oversees the P&L for the region while fostering a commitment to continuous improvement among teams. Prior roles include Global Contracts Manager at ITT Inc. and Global Director of Aftermarket Contracts Development at ITT Industrial Process, along with significant positions at Flowserve Corporation and EagleBurgmann, where responsibilities ranged from sales engineering to alliance development across Europe, Africa, and the Middle-East. Fernando holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València.
