Tania De la Parra has a consistent work history in the field of human resources. Tania started their career as a Human Resources Trainer at HOTEL CAMINO REAL in February 2020 and held the position until February 2021. Following this, they worked at Quad as an HR Services specialist from March 2021 to January 2022. Subsequently, Tania joined Nu, where they had multiple roles. Tania started as a Candidate Experience Analyst in January 2022 and held the position until November 2022. In February 2023, they transitioned to the role of Candidate Experience for LATAM, which lasted until June 2023. Currently, Tania is a Recruitment Coordinator at Aescape, starting from June 2023.

Tania De la Parra pursued a Licenciatura in Psicología from Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C. from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Licenciatura in Danza from the Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes-INBA in 2012.
