Max Lapides has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Max started their career as a Web Developer at FulcrumTech, LLC in 2007, where they built websites and user interfaces for various clients. In 2014, they joined Zephyr Health as a Software Engineer and was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer, Manager. During their time at Zephyr Health, they led the migration of application state logic and introduced new libraries such as React. In 2018, Max joined Tonal as a Senior Manager, Applications Engineering, where they led the development of the Tonal mobile app. Currently, Max holds the position of Senior Manager, Mobile and Web Engineering at Aescape, starting in 2023.

Max Lapides attended Central Bucks HS-West from 2007 to 2010. Max then enrolled at Vassar College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science.
