John Cross currently serves as the Director of Advanced Manufacturing at Clayco, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, John Cross spent nearly five years at AESC US, progressing through several positions including Senior Manager of Project Planning, Process Engineering Manager, and Process Engineer, focusing on electric vehicle battery technologies. Earlier, John Cross gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Yapp USA Automotive Systems, Inc., where work centered on fuel and DEF tanks, and at Franklin Precision Industry, Inc., specializing in automotive fuel, emissions, and air systems. John Cross holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Kentucky University.
