Jacinta Whelan is an experienced professional in the executive search and leadership consulting industry, currently serving as a member of the Council of APAC for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) since March 2023. As the Lead Partner at Watermark Search International since July 2016, Jacinta Whelan has focused on the growing demand for Interim Executives in Australia. Jacinta Whelan previously held the role of General Manager for FlexExecutives at Jo Fisher Executive, where strategic insights were applied to launch the service in response to client demands. The consulting practice at JW Consulting helped businesses enhance their service offerings and strategies from 2013 to 2016. Jacinta Whelan's earlier career includes significant roles at Resources Global Professionals, Deloitte Australia, and Michael Page International, as well as foundational experiences at Pitcher Partners. Jacinta Whelan holds an Executive Education certificate from Harvard Business School and a B Business in Marketing from Charles Sturt University, complemented by GAICD accreditation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
