The Governance and Oversight team at AESC is responsible for ensuring effective leadership and accountability within the organization. This team, comprising senior members and council leaders, develops and enforces governance policies, promotes diversity initiatives, and supports strategic decision-making to enhance the overall effectiveness of AESC's mission in executive talent management.
