Hanna Bandeira

Global Director Customer Success at AES

Hanna Bandeira has had a diverse range of work experiences. Most recently, they have been working at The AES Corporation as the Global Director of Customer Success, focusing on implementing greener and smarter energy solutions globally. Prior to that, they founded their own company called Global-Social in 2015. In their previous role as the Global Marketing Manager at Discovery Education, they were responsible for managing marketing initiatives. Additionally, they served as the Marketing Director at Sam Connor Group and as an Assistant Director at BrazilWorks, where they oversaw various projects addressing areas such as childhood education, environmental protection, and women empowerment. Further back in their career, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Foundation Getulio Vargas and Softex, coordinating marketing strategies and programs to promote Brazilian tech professionals and innovation abroad. Hanna also served as an International Advisor at the Governo de Brasília, coordinating initiatives for social inclusion and educational opportunities. Prior to that, they owned and directed an advertising agency called Comunicazilla Propaganda, where they led sales and social media teams and worked on various marketing campaigns.

Hanna Bandeira holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Digital Marketing from IESB, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Hanna also completed Continuing Studies in Photojournalism in the Digital Era at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2014. In the same year, they pursued Especialização in Sustentabilidade Aplicada aos Negócios at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and especialización courses in Fundamentos Del Cambio Climático at the Inter-American Institute for Economic and Social Development (INDES - BID), and Cambio Climático, Pobreza y Desarrollo at Manos Unidas in Madrid, España. Furthermore, they specialized in Developing a Mobile Strategy for Your Organization at Poynter's News University in St. Petersburg, FL, USA in 2014. Prior to this, in 2013, they attended Marketing Congress workshops at Marketing Minds and completed an Innovation Specialist program at Georgetown University. Their educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Comunicação, Publicidade e Propaganda from IESB, which they received from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Hanna obtained certifications in Métricas de Marketing and Mídias Digitais Histórico, Evolução e Futuro from FGV in 2015.
