Eratsi Alonso is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and maintenance management, currently holding the position of Maintenance Leader Manager for Boiler & Turbine at The AES Corporation since November 2010. Responsibilities include overseeing a maintenance team and developing training programs. Eratsi has also acted as Project Manager for the Blackstart-Peak Aeroderivative Dual Fuel Turbine project, providing leadership in technical specification development. Previous roles include serving as acting Plant Leader for the AES Ilumina Solar Plant, supporting business development in renewable projects, and managing electrical teams in project management capacities. Prior to The AES Corporation, Eratsi worked as Project Manager & Engineer Lead at Atenas Electrical and as a Jr. Engineer at PREPA. Eratsi holds a Master of Engineering in Power Renewable Energy and Efficiency Systems from Universidad Camilo José Cela and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Power Systems from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
