Don Rutter has a vast amount of experience in the power industry, starting from their time in the United States Navy as a Boiler Technician to eventually becoming a Shift Foreman at the Pennsylvania Power Company-Bruce Mansfield Plant. Throughout their career, Don has held various roles such as Control Room Operator, Field Technician, Project Manager/Engineer, and Team Leader. In their most recent role as a Retired individual, Don worked at AES-VCM Mong Duong Power Co. Ltd. as a Team Leader overseeing a team of 10 people.
