Catalina Suarez is a seasoned legal professional with substantial experience in corporate law and development. Currently serving as Senior Development Counsel at The AES Corporation since November 2023, Catalina has previously held positions such as Corporate Counsel at Intersect Power and Assistant General Counsel at Invenergy LLC, where responsibilities included roles such as Counsel and Associate in International and Corporate Legal sectors. Earlier career highlights include consulting for Fundacion MarViva and working as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Costa Rica, as well as a Legal Assistant at Ernst & Young Central America.
