Berta Rodriguez Martin has worked in a variety of roles in the travel and corporate events industry since 2007. Berta began their career as a Travel Consultant Internship at atlanta travel & corporate events consultants, followed by a Tourist Information Officer role at Turisme de Barcelona. In 2010, they took on a Customer Service Representative role at DHL Express España. In 2013, they held a Traffic Agent Internship at Turkish Airlines and a Booking and Sales Manager role at Cathelicopters. From 2016 to 2018, they were an Operations Specialist (BSP Coordination Services) at APG SPAIN and then an Operations Team Lead and Corporate Travel Consultant at Aervio.

Berta Rodriguez Martin attended the Institut Politecnic Sant Ignasi from 2006 to 2008, obtaining a CFGS Producción de Audiovisuales. Berta then attended the Universitat de Girona from 2007 to 2013, obtaining a Grado en Turismo.
