Rick Karsten CIRM has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Rick currently holds the position of Director of Usage Optimization at Aeroxchange, a position they started in May 2022. Before joining Aeroxchange, they worked as a Consultant at Karsten Consulting LLC, starting in April 2022.
Prior to their consulting roles, Rick was heavily involved in the airline industry. Rick spent a significant portion of their career at American Airlines, where they had two roles. From June 2010 to March 2022, they served as a Project Manager for Supply Chain and M&E Inventory Strategy. Earlier in their career at American Airlines, they held the position of Team Lead in Inventory Management from October 2001 to June 2010.
Rick's experience in the airline industry extends beyond American Airlines. Rick worked at Trans World Airlines (TWA) from March 1987 to October 2001, serving as the Manager of Inventory Purchasing and Provisioning. Prior to TWA, they worked at Ozark Air Lines Inc. as the Manager of Inventory Control from February 1977 to March 1987.
Additionally, Rick has served as a Board Member at HOALTC since 2000.
Rick Karsten CIRM attended Saint Louis University from 1973 to 1976 and graduated with a BS in Aeronautics. Their degree was focused on Aeronautical Administration.
