Dr. Srinivas Maddipudi has a diverse range of work experience. Dr. Srinivas began their career as a Sr. Project Engineer at ABMB Engineers in 1992, where they worked until 1998. Dr. Srinivas then joined Boeing as a Sr. Systems Analyst until 1999. Following this, they worked at Microsoft as a SQL Server Support Engineer from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they joined eFORCE as a Sr. Database Administrator. In 2001, they joined Aeroxchange as a Sr. Database Administrator/Systems Architect, later being promoted to Director of Technology in 2002, and further promoted to Sr. Director, Technology & Product Operations in 2004. Finally, they served as the CIO and VP of Service Delivery at Aeroxchange starting in 2007.

Dr. Srinivas Maddipudi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering at GITAM University from 1981 to 1985. Dr. Srinivas then pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Structures at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 1985 to 1987. Following this, they obtained a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they earned an M.S. in Computer Science from the same university, studying from 1991 to 1992.
