Dave Fugleberg, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished program and project manager with extensive experience in aerospace engineering and systems testing. Currently serving as a Program/Project Manager and Engineering Design Team Manager at TARGETING since 2014, Dave has a proven track record of leading teams in meeting ambitious cost, schedule, and quality objectives through innovative problem-solving strategies. At AeroVironment, Dave successfully managed the development and flight testing of the Switchblade tactical missile system. Previous roles include Support Equipment Design Lead Engineer at Aerojet Rocketdyne, where Dave oversaw NASA rocket engine development projects, and Mechanical Design Process Manager at Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, responsible for staffing and training engineering teams for various high-stakes programs. With a robust technical background that began at Boeing Canoga Park, where Dave held roles from System Test Director to Mechanical Design Team Lead, coupled with an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University, Dave is well-equipped to drive engineering excellence in demanding environments.
