Laëtitia Baudet-Mpoutou's work experience is as follows:
- Currently, they are working at Aerovate Therapeutics, Inc. as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, starting in January 2023. Additionally, they are also the Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO since May 2021.
- Laëtitia worked at Minovia Therapeutics from September 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they were the Supply Chain Operations Manager, responsible for improving operational management systems, purchasing materials, planning inventory, and overseeing warehouse efficiency. Laëtitia ensured that all operations were carried out in a cost-effective way within the defined budget. Laëtitia also worked as the Executive Assistant to the CFO and Office Manager, where they provided assistance to the CFO and Head of US operations and worked independently on projects that required discretion and practical judgment.
- From March 2017 to September 2019, Laëtitia was an Administrative Project Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital. In this role, they coordinated and updated MGH Neurocritical Care Guidelines, managed the Neurocritical Care Patient Reported Outcome Measures quality improvement initiative, and set timelines and provided progress updates for NeuroICU initiatives.
- Laëtitia gained experience at The Dimock Center as an IT Product Management Intern from June 2015 to August 2015. Their responsibilities included evaluating technology needs and issues, developing customer service surveys, and creating interviewing tools for senior management.
- Laëtitia worked as an Educational Program Manager at Ministère de la Justice from September 2009 to January 2014. In this role, they assisted and supported juvenile delinquents, followed through on judicial decisions and educative measures, and contributed to magistrate decisions through analyzing and researching social environments.
- From September 2006 to February 2009, they served as an Educational Program Coordinator at EPIDE, where they evaluated, encouraged, and assisted young adults in difficult situations. Laëtitia also organized and managed solutions for educational and social needs and supervised a group of 25 young adults.
- Laëtitia's earlier experience includes working at Bouygues Telecom as a Regional Sales Representative from January 2002 to January 2006, and at Terre des hommes foundation as a Project Manager from October 2004 to October 2005. In this role, they developed and planned the organization's volunteer needs, managed a project with the French foreign ministry, and promoted the organization on local TV news stations.
Laëtitia Baudet-Mpoutou's education history begins with their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Université de Rouen, which they obtained in 2001. Laëtitia further pursued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's Degree in Sociology in 2002. In 2003, Laëtitia completed another Master's Degree, this time in Local policies and development, also from Université de Rouen.
Later, in 2014, Laëtitia entered Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Laëtitia successfully completed their degree in 2016.
Additionally, Laëtitia has obtained the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion Certificate Level I from Bentley University in February 2022.
