Heather Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and regional services, currently serving as the Manager of Business Development & Regional Services at the Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee since December 2019. In this role, Heather coordinates apprenticeship opportunities in Central Washington, conducting outreach to employers, job seekers, and high school students. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Arizona State University, earned between 2014 and 2016.
