Heather Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and regional services, currently serving as the Manager of Business Development & Regional Services at the Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee since December 2019. In this role, Heather coordinates apprenticeship opportunities in Central Washington, conducting outreach to employers, job seekers, and high school students. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Business Solutions Specialist at the Employment Security Department from July 2017 to December 2019, where engagement with the Yakima County business community was essential for fostering job opportunities. Heather's career began in education at Horizon Christian School, where a progression from teacher’s assistant to full-time teacher occurred between September 2014 and June 2017, covering various ages and subjects. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Arizona State University, earned between 2014 and 2016.
