Michael Lanter has extensive experience in the construction and HVAC industries, currently serving as a Construction Manager at Aeroseal since March 2018. Previous roles at Aeroseal include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, showcasing a strong progression in responsibilities. Prior to this, Michael Lanter served as a Staff Sergeant in the Us Airforce Reserves from January 2006 to October 2020, and held the position of Sheet Metal Foreman at Mechanical Systems Of Dayton from March 2008 to March 2018, where responsibilities included sheet metal work, installation, and HVAC equipment handling. Michael Lanter completed a 4-year apprenticeship in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology at Sinclair Community College from 2009 to 2013.
