Linards Vainovskis began their work experience in 2012 at Terra Virtuala as a Service Engineer. Linards held this role from July 2012 to August 2022. In February 2023, they joined Aerones as a Maintenance Engineer, and they are currently working in this position.

Linards Vainovskis pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2006 to 2009 at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University).
