Maria Kuosa has over 20 years of professional experience in various roles. Maria began their career in 2000 as a Research Engineer for Metso Paper. In 2004, they joined KCL as a Project Manager and in 2006 was promoted to Sales and Project Manager, Team Leader of the Packaging Group. In 2008, Maria moved to Idean where they held the roles of Lead Service Designer and Experience and Business Designer. In 2019, Maria was appointed CEO of Aeromon. Throughout their career, they have worked on projects in the healthcare, banking, industrial, retail, media, energy, and maritime sectors.

Maria Kuosa obtained a Master of Science degree from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan in 2003. In 2014, they were certified with IPMA Level C from the International Project Management Association.
