Fernando Guevara is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as HRBP Manager at Aeromexico since January 2016, Fernando has held multiple roles including HRBP for Airports and Global Sales, as well as the Head of International Talent Acquisition & Global Mobility. Responsibilities include designing and implementing talent attraction strategies to ensure vacancy fulfillment in operational and unionized roles. Prior to Aeromexico, Fernando worked as a Research Associate at Korn Ferry, specializing in high-level executive recruitment in the Industrial sector, and held various HR positions at PepsiCo, focusing on recruitment processes for coordinators and lower-level management. Fernando obtained a degree in Human Resources from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
