Chris Swartz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the aerospace industry. Chris is currently serving as the President of AeroControlex. Prior to this, they held the positions of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Aero Fluid Products and Director of Sales and Marketing at the same company. Chris also worked as the Director of Operations at PneuDraulics, Inc. and served in various roles at PneuDraulics, Inc., a subsidiary of TransDigm Inc., including Controller, Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions, and Manager of Internal Audit & Admin Services. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Employee Benefits & Financial Reporting at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and as an Audit Manager at EY. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in financial integration, operations management, sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, internal audit, and employee benefits.

Chris Swartz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from John Carroll University. Chris also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same university. Prior to their college education, Chris attended St. Ignatius High School. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and obtained this certification from the Accountancy Board Of Ohio in March 2011.
