Dave Rathnayaka has been working in the aircraft maintenance industry since 2019, starting as an AME Apprentice at Northern Air and later at Avmax Group. Dave then moved on to roles at HeavyAero Maintenance Centre Inc. and now at DRZ Maintenance Inc. where Dave specializes in providing personnel support for aircraft maintenance. Dave also has experience as an Ops. Bay lead at Aero Mag 2000. Dave studied aircraft maintenance engineering and air transportation at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019.
