Michael Dandorph is a seasoned metallurgist with over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Currently working at Aero Gear since March 2010, Michael previously held the position of Process Engineer at Sikorsky Aircraft from December 1974 to June 2009. Throughout this extensive career, Michael specialized in developing vacuum and plasma carburizing cycles, as well as shotpeen schedules, demonstrating a strong capability to support complex shop floor activities and solve challenging problems in special processes. Michael Dandorph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Norwich University, earned between 1970 and 1974.
