Peter Hallifax is an experienced aviation professional with a diverse background in piloting and operational roles. Currently serving as a Captain at AERLINK Australia since December 2022, Peter has previously held positions including Captain of the ATR 72/600 at PNG Air and Captain of the Dornier 328/100 at AERORESCUE PTY LIMITED. Peter's extensive career also includes roles as a Road Train Driver at Rivet Mining Services and various line pilot positions across several aircraft types with Airlines Of Tasmania, Skippers Aviation, and others. In addition to aviation, Peter was self-employed as a potato grower from 1980 to 1986. Education was pursued at Claremont College Hobart from 1990 to 1991.
