Ramesha Dukandar is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at Aeries since June 2022, Ramesha previously held positions including Manager HR - Talent Acquisition at B2C Solutions and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Techmatters Technologies. With extensive experience in managing the entire recruitment cycle for both IT and Non-IT sectors on a Pan India level, Ramesha has a proven track record of handling offer negotiations and acting as a key point of contact for clients.
