Nishant Pathak is currently serving as an HR and Admin Executive at Aerem since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nishant worked at Netweaver Technovations Pvt. Ltd as a Human Resources Assistant and Human Resources Trainee from August 2022 to May 2023. Nishant is pursuing a PGDM in Human Resource at the Welingkar Institute of Management, with an expected graduation date in July 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai, which was completed in 2022.
