Ronan Swan is currently an IT Program Manager- Digital Transformation at AerCap since May 2023. With an extensive background in IT roles at companies such as Xilinx, Sony Music Entertainment, Software AG, and Morgan Stanley, Ronan has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin. Throughout their career, Ronan has successfully led and delivered complex enterprise-wide projects, including ERP, EPM, RPA, and data warehouse initiatives, while also implementing data analytics solutions to provide actionable insights to corporate finance teams.
