Charlotte Nestor is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the aviation finance sector. Currently serving as Vice President Compliance Officer at AerCap since November 2021, Charlotte previously held the position of Vice President Anti-Bribery & Corruption Leader at GE Capital Aviation Services from July 2013 to November 2021, where responsibilities included managing the company's ABAC compliance program and conducting enterprise risk assessments. Charlotte's career at GECAS also encompassed roles such as Lead Analyst - Compliance and Risk Operations Specialist, where notable experience included anti-money laundering and compliance portfolio management. Prior to joining GECAS, Charlotte worked as a Material Co-Ordinator with CAE Parc Aviation. Charlotte holds an Honours Degree in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing from Munster Technological University.
