Amit Aware is a seasoned professional in operations and maintenance management, currently serving as Deputy General Manager Operations at Aequs Pvt. Ltd. since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Maintenance Process Head at Oetiker Group from December 2013 to May 2024, Maintenance Manager at Skytech Engineering from November 2012 to November 2013, and Assistant Maintenance Manager at Godrej & Boyce Mfg.
