Ben Abfall is an experienced professional in the field of Geographic Information Science, currently serving as a Right of Way Agent at AEP Ohio since April 2022. Previously, Ben held the position of Chief Deputy Auditor at the Athens County Auditor's office from January 2019 to April 2022, and served as GIS Administrator for Athens County for fifteen years, from April 2007 to April 2022. Ben's career began as a Soil Conservationist Technician at the Natural Resources Conservation Service from 2006 to 2007. Educationally, Ben earned a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Science from American Sentinel College (2013-2016), an Associate's degree in GIS/GPS and Eco-Tourism Adventure Travel from Hocking College (2004-2008), and a Managerial Essential Certificate from Ohio University.
