Hanan N. is currently a Management Trainee at AEON INDONESIA, PT, beginning April 2024, while also serving as a Learning and Development Facilitator at Corporate Innovation Asia since June 2023. In this role, Hanan N. has contributed to significant innovation projects for clients such as Pertamina and Pelindo, facilitating design thinking workshops for over 55 team members. Hanan N. is the Business Owner of Perfect.in, providing proofreading assistance to final-year students for thesis completion. Past experiences include positions in key account management at Lazada, UI/UX design at LuarSekolah, and various roles focusing on teaching, content creation, and quality control in the fisheries sector. Hanan N. holds a degree in Aquatic Product Technology from IPB University and has been involved in several initiatives aimed at professional development and innovation.
