Azita Gorji is a highly experienced researcher in the field of mechanobiology and biotechnology, currently serving as a Research and Development Senior Scientist at Aenitis Technologies since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Project Manager at INSERM and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Institut Curie, where significant contributions were made to microfluidic modeling of metastasis and DNA damage studies. Azita has a strong foundational education, holding a Ph.D. in Mechanobiology from the National University of Singapore, alongside a Master of Technology in Biotechnology and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Microbiology. With a diverse skill set encompassing tissue engineering, advanced microscopy, and safety management in laboratory settings, Azita has effectively led projects and mentored students throughout various positions, including as a Research Scholar at the Mechanobiology Institute.
