Natalia Zarina is a highly experienced educational professional currently serving as the Director of Learning and Teaching Development at AEMG Education since April 2023. Prior to this role, Natalia spent over five years at the University of Adelaide, where contributions included serving as a Learning Designer, Lecturer, Course Coordinator, and Academic Coordinator for Professional Practices. Responsibilities encompassed the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences, advising faculty on educational methodologies, and mentoring staff. Earlier experience includes teaching English as a Second Language at AESC Moscow State University and holding a senior business development role at J-Trade LLC. Natalia holds a Graduate Diploma in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Moscow Pedagogical State University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Education from The University of Adelaide.
