Michelle Kaczmarek currently serves as a Configuration Manager and Release Manager at AEM Corporation, a position held since January 2014, while also leading the Software Analyst Trainer and Technical Support teams. Prior to this role, Michelle gained diverse experience at The Walt Disney Company from May 2009 to November 2013, working as a Cast Member in various capacities including Lifeguard, Restaurant Hostess, Concierge, and Attractions Hostess. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Virginia Tech, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
